Celebrating New Expertise – Our colleagues at DONATH completed the FIDI EiM seminar! 🎓🌍
We’re proud to announce a fantastic achievement from our team at DONATH Moving & Relocation: our colleagues Josip Bilos and Janik Ellendorff have both successfully completed the FIDI Global Alliance’s “Essentials in International Moving” (EiM) seminar – and earned their official diplomas! 🏆
What was the seminar about?
The EiM seminar, held at the end of last year, offers in-depth insights into all aspects of international moving. It’s designed to strengthen management skills and encourage collaboration between professionals from across the global FIDI network. Participants go through a series of evaluations to assess their knowledge and progress.
Josip (left) and Janik (right) impressed us with their commitment and performance – and we’re thrilled to see them grow within the DONATH team.
But there’s more to celebrate:
Josip Bilos was recognized as the TOP student of his seminar class in Montreal! 🥇
During the course, participants were evaluated not only on technical knowledge, but also on leadership potential, critical thinking, and engagement. Josip excelled across the board – and was honored for his outstanding performance at the 2025 FIDI Conference in Dubrovnik.
As part of the recognition, Josip was invited to attend his very first FIDI conference, where he received a special award in front of the international community and even gave a speech on stage – a proud and memorable moment!
The week in Dubrovnik was packed with:
- Productive meetings
- Inspiring company visits
- And, admittedly, a few late-night networking sessions at the hotel bar 😉
Josip returned full of new ideas, valuable connections, and a renewed drive to bring fresh momentum to our work.
We’re delighted to be part of the global FIDI Family – and even more excited to watch our team members thrive and make their mark in the international moving industry.
